The Property Development Business Unit was launched in 2018 with the acquisition of over 4 acres of prime strategic land next to the port of Port Louis.
Construction of the Group 1200 m2 Head Office started in 2019 and was completed and occupied in April 2021. Additional offices and logistics will be developed on his land in a phased approach.
A highly strategically located 1000 m2 building was acquired by the airport in October 2021. This property houses the group’s airport offices and bonded facilities.
