Sales Officer
Post : Sales Officer
 
Key Accountabilities:
  • Generate Sales Leads and acquire new clients
  • Maintain existing customer relations as well as expand our customer base with new ones.
  • Negotiate with suppliers the best adapted conditions to customers.
  • Work closely with the customer service team and other internal departments to develop supply chain solutions for our customersPreparing smart proposals and quotations for clients
 
Key Aptitudes:
  • Charming personality with outstanding Communication aptitudes in both English and French
  • Excellent presentation abilities with convincing negotiation skills
 
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Diploma in Management or Degree in Sales/Marketing
  • Proficient in MSOffice and any other latest applications
  • Driving license will be an advantage
  • Proven commercial and operational experience in the Air Freight sector

Customer Service Officer

Post: Customer Service Officer

Key Accountabilities:

  • Registration process and management of Customer account
  • Arrange shipments by examining destination, route, rate, delivery time; dispatches to carriers.
  • Keeps customers informed by forwarding notices, shipment date and method, and current status; attending to queries.
  • Collect and analyze service issues and carrier quality information and develop clear and concise reports
  • Monitor shipment progress until destination.
  • Analyse freight bills and prepare invoices
  • Track and log information in the system.
  • Coordinate & expediate requests, time-specific pickups and deliveries and other special requests

Key Aptitudes:

  • Outstanding communication skills in both English and French
  • Strong phone contact handling and active attentive listening skills
  • Specific attention to details and accuracy in terms of figures
  • Multi-tasking and efficient whilst ensuring proper time management.
  • Pleasant personality with the right attitude for problem-shooting and complaints handling

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma or degree holder in Management
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience will be an advantage
